The city of Tulsa announced that the 129th East Avenue bridge over Interstate 244 will be closed until Thursday for deck repairs.
Officials said the outside westbound lane of I-244 under the bridge will also be closed for safety during the repairs.
City spokeswoman Lara Christiansen said motorists can use 145th East Avenue and Garnett Road as detour routes.
