OKLAHOMA CITY - Two state senators and an independent are in the race for lieutenant governor.
Sen. Kenneth Corn, D-Poteau, Sen. Todd Lamb, R-Edmond, and independent Richard Prawdzienski of Edmond are on the Nov. 2 ballot to replace Lt. Gov. Jari Askins, a Democrat who is running for governor.
Corn, 33, said his top issues are job creation and development, work force development and investing in infrastructure.
Corn was first elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives and served for four years before being elected to the state Senate in 2002. Term limits prevented him from seeking another legislative term.
Corn graduated from Howe High School in 1996 and earned a bachelor's degree in political science in 2005 from the University of Oklahoma... FULL ARTICLE
