31st Street reopened after truck removed from BA underpass

Traffic on 31st Street was shut down at the Broken Arrow Expressway this evening while a truck was wedged under the highway overpass, but the street has been reopened.

A truck pulling a large container was too tall to pass under the bridge and hit its underside about 6 p.m., Oklahoma Department of Transportation spokesman Martin Stewart said. The impact knocked the container over onto a Chevrolet Tahoe in the street's north westbound lane.

Stewart said no one was visibly injured but that the Tahoe's driver was taken to a hospital to be checked... FULL ARTICLE
