OKLAHOMA CITY
— Five people have filed for the seat being vacated by House Speaker Chris Benge, R-Tulsa, who is term limited and can't seek re-election.

Three Republicans and two Democrats are vying for the House District 68 post.

He said that although he didn't follow the last legislative session closely, he is concerned about education. His other issues include accountable and open government, jobs and illegal immigration.

Watkins said he hopes to restore trust in government, adding that people are upset with both parties.
