NORMAN — The long-awaited Rock Creek Road overpass on Interstate 35 is sure to ease congestion in west Norman when it opens in the next few weeks.
Contractors have received an extension on building the $12.5 million project, which is funded by the city and state and an Association of Central Oklahoma Governments grant.
