Dickson — A construction project to widen State Highway 199 is underway, and drivers are urged to drive carefully, especially when passing through areas where construction crews are working near the roadway and where the speed limit has been changed.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation has lowered the speed limit to 45 mph in a crossover just west of Mary Niblack Road where the normal speed limit is 55 mph.
And Dickson police officers are patrolling the highway to ensure motorists are obeying posted speed limits and driving safely... FULL ARTICLE
