Completion of the Gilcrease Expressway leads the Tulsa Metro Chamber's OneVoice state legislative agenda for 2010.
The chamber created the OneVoice agenda four years ago as a way to rank what regional leaders believe should be the top 10 state and federal initiatives.
The group's No. 1 state item last year was funding for the Oklahoma State University Medical Center. The year before it was adequately funding transportation infrastructure.
Between 35 and 40 of the chamber's area partners, including the city of Tulsa, Tulsa County and several outlying communities, participated in the creation of and gave final approval of this year's agenda.
