NORMAN — Cleveland County commissioners Monday renewed a cooperative agreement with other counties on engineering projects for roads and bridges, and they approved a payment to Pottawatomie County for housing inmates.
Cleveland County is part of Circuit Engineering District 5, with McClain, Murray, Oklahoma, Logan and Payne counties.
