OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The Oklahoma Transportation Commission is considering an 8-year, $4.3 billion road and bridge construction plan for the state.
Commission members are scheduled to take up the plan on Tuesday. The statewide road and bridge work plan represents projects planned through 2018.
The commission will be asked to authorize the Department of Transportation to execute agreements with the Oklahoma Capital Improvement Authority to implement a $215 million bond issue authorized by the Legislature in 2008.
