Concrete from Hedges Road Bridge falls on vehicle: It is no secret that much of the infrastructure in Oklahoma is growing old and, on Monday, a local woman learned firsthand about some of the issues the state is facing. While driving underneath Hedges Road Bridge on U.S. 70, a piece of concrete fell from the bridge and struck her SUV.
