Interstate 35 always has been dear to me. That’s probably because I’ve traveled I-35 more than most any other highway in Oklahoma. I know that road well.
So, when I say there always will be construction or repairs under way on I-35, it’s based on a fair knowledge of the route.
But let’s be fair. The same can be said for I-44 and the state’s premiere east-and-west road, I-40. When a highway gets the volume of traffic that travels these three interstates, repairs and upgrades are expected.
