TULSA, Oklahoma -- It's a traffic mess on Tulsa's Broken Arrow Expressway going in and out of the downtown area.
The traffic cones and orange barrels are up and traffic east and west between 15th Street and Utica is restricted.
Only two lanes are open in each direction.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation has closed the outside lane and right shoulder in both directions... FULL ARTICLE & WATCH VIDEO
