EDMOND — A bid for $15 million in road construction projects in northwest Edmond will be voted on Monday by state Transportation Department officials.
The bid, which includes two road improvement projects, was opened by Transportation Department officials on Oct. 20.
The projects call for the widening of Covell Road to four lanes from just east of Santa Fe Avenue to Thomas Drive and the widening of Kelly Avenue between Danforth and Covell roads. Plans are to install turn lanes at all side streets on Kelly Avenue, as well as street lighting and landscaping... FULL ARTICLE
