Forklift operator injured at Oklahoma City Crosstown Expressway construction site

A forklift operator was taken to the hospital about noon Friday after the forklift tipped on its side while moving bridge-building equipment.

A forklift operator was taken to a hospital about noon Friday after being injured when the equipment tipped over at a Crosstown Expressway construction site.

Brenda Perry, spokeswoman for the Oklahoma Transportation Department, said the forklift was moving bridge-building equipment near SW 7 and Robinson Avenue in Oklahoma City.
