OKLAHOMA CITY – State Rep. Avery Frix (R-Muskogee) commented on several road projects in House District 13 that were recently approved by the Oklahoma Transportation Commission at its December meeting.

A project to paint a bridge on U.S. 69 over Interstate 40, 1.2 miles south of U.S. 266 near Checotah in McIntosh County was awarded to Euro Paint, LLC, at a price of $541,002 – the lowest bid. The project was allotted 40 calendar days for completion.

A pedestrian trail along Chicago and Macedonia streets in Muskogee will be built from 0.4 miles south of U.S. 62, extending north, then east, then northeast. The project was awarded to Rosscon, LLC, of Muskogee at a price of $810,271.50 – the lowest bid amount. The project was allotted 120 days for completion... FULL ARTICLE
