OKLAHOMA CITY — Gov. Brad Henry and GOP legislative leaders were quick to praise the accomplishments of the 2010 session.
House Speaker Chris Benge, R-Tulsa, and Senate President Pro Tem Glenn Coffee, R-Oklahoma City, sat down with reporters following Friday's adjournment and listed their accomplishments, ranging from crafting a balanced budget to education reform to changes to the workers' compensation system.
"I am very proud of the budget," the governor said. "Under the circumstances, we crafted a responsible, balanced, bipartisan budget."
