For the fourth time in less than a year, a hole has opened in a Tulsa bridge.
Police noticed the 14-by-18-inch hole in the left lane of the southbound U.S. 75 bridge over Interstate 244 shortly after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The hole was over an embankment along I-244 and not the road itself, said Brenda Perry, a spokeswoman for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
