NORMAN — North and southbound I-35 will be narrowed to one lane at SH-9W south of Norman from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. today for bridge work, Oklahoma Department of Transportation officials said today.
In addition:
— Traffic will be slowed at that location with a series of rolling roadblocks in the northbound lanes from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday.
— Southbound I-35 will be narrowed to one lane at that location, and traffic will be slowed by a series of rolling roadblocks, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday.
In January, the Oklahoma Transportation Commission approved a more than $4 million project to replace the SH-9W bridge over I-35 south of Norman. Plains Bridge Contracting of OK LLC of Yukon and Treas Construction Inc. of Coalgate are constructing the bridge through a joint venture.
