SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says a westbound lane of Interstate 40 near Shawnee that was closed because of an expansion joint problem has reopened.
Officials said the work was completed about 2 p.m. Monday.
The joint buckled on a bridge about 3 a.m., and highway crews arrived to work on the road about 6 a.m... FULL ARTICLE
