All lanes of eastbound and westbound Interstate 44 remain shifted onto temporary lanes at Harvard Avenue, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation announced. Traffic is switched to one lane in each direction on northbound and southbound Harvard Avenue into the existing northbound lanes at 51st Street until further notice as part of a widening project.
No left turns are permitted at the Harvard and 51st junction from any direction until further notice. Various lane closures on eastbound and westbound 51st Street between Lewis and Pittsburg avenues (located between Harvard and Yale avenues) until further notice.
Ramp closures in this corridor include:
· Eastbound I-44 on-ramp from Harvard Avenue
· Eastbound I-44 on and off-ramps at Yale Avenue
· Eastbound I-44 off-ramp at 41st Street
· Westbound I-44 on-ramps at 41st Street
· Westbound I-44 on-ramp from Yale Avenue
Northbound and southbound 193rd East Avenue is narrowed to one through lane in each direction at the I-44 junction until further notice as part of a widening project... FULL ARTICLE
