Roadwork on Interstate 35 in Pauls Valley and Ardmore has progressed enough that all lanes of the highway will be open through the weekend.

Football fans expecting a rough ride to Dallas this weekend might be pleasantly surprised when they drive south on Interstate 35.
During months of roadwork from Pauls Valley to Ardmore, the interstate has been narrowed to one lane with significant traffic tie-ups.
But David Meuser, spokesman for the state Transportation Department, said I-35 should be open and clear for football traffic this weekend.
"The two big projects are down at Pauls Valley and Ardmore, and we expect the lanes to open Thursday and remain open all weekend," Meuser said.
"At 6 a.m. Friday morning, everything should be clear sailing from Oklahoma City to the Texas state line." FULL ARTICLE
