Drivers on the Crosstown Expressway portion of Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City should be alert to new lane and ramp changes for Monday's commute.

Be prepared for changes beginning Sunday night if you are planning to drive the Crosstown Expressway in Oklahoma City.
The changes, related to Crosstown bridge work, are scheduled at the Interstate 40/I-35/I-235 (Dallas interchange) and likely will slow traffic at times.
Among the changes, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation reports:
- Expect various lane closures on eastbound I-40 at the I-35/I-235 interchange, down to one lane of open traffic, from 8 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.
- There will be short-term ramp closures from eastbound I-40 to I-35 and I-235; avoid the area and travel an alternate route such as I-44.
