GUYMON, OK - Downtown Guymon is expected to get a facelift.
Half a million dollars will go towards fixing up a few blocks on Main street starting at Highway 54. The funds are coming from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the local Nash foundation.
"We really want to have that wow factor for people to come checkout our downtown." said Vicki Ayres-McCune with the City of Guymon.
The first phase is slated to start this upcoming fall. It's expected to wrap up within a year and a half.
