Seven more candidates withdrew Friday from a variety of races and eight additional challenges were filed.
The 11 candidate challenges will be heard June 18 by the state Election Board.
The withdrawal of Democrat John Branum in the state Senate District 24 race results in Susan Hardy Brooks winning the Democratic primary. Branum listed his address as Beaverton, Ore. Brooks will face an independent and two Republicans, including Sen. Anthony Sykes of Moore.
