OKLAHOMA CITY -- Local drivers are about to get some major relief on the Interstate 40 crosstown.
The old bridge is being replaced and the new bridge is set to open this week.
Part of the new I-40 crosstown will open on Jan. 5 at 12 p.m.
Oklahoma Transportation Secretary Gary Ridley said, “The public has been patient and understanding."
