Numerous Tulsa street closures planned for Thursday

Various lane closures on northbound and southbound U.S. 75 between U.S. 64 and U.S. 412 on the east leg of Tulsa's Inner Dispersal Loop are planned for tonight and through the weekend, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation said.

The lanes will be closed from 7 p.m. today until 6 a.m. Thursday for striping, officials said. In addition, various lanes of northbound U.S. 75 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday and Friday in the area.

Officials said westbound Interstate 44 will narrow to one lane at 193rd East Avenue from 7 p.m. today until 6 a.m. Thursday as part of a widening project. In addition, motorists should expect a traffic shift on the eastbound I-44 off-ramp to northbound Oklahoma 66.

Surface repairs will close the right lane of westbound U.S. 64/U.S. 412 at 209th West Avenue and the westbound U.S. 64/U.S. 412 off-ramp to 209th West Avenue from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, officials said.
