Two opposing organizations will participate in a moderated discussion about State Question 744 at 6 p.m. Thursday at Oklahoma City University.
The discussion will be in the Meinders School of Business Kerr McGee Auditorium, NW 27 and McKinley Avenue. The forum is free and open to everyone.
The event will mark the second public forum in which the One Oklahoma Coalition and the Yes on 744 Coalition participate.
State Question 744 is on the Nov. 2 ballot. If approved, it would amend the Oklahoma Constitution to require the state Legislature fund public education at the regional average per-pupil.
