TULSA, Oklahoma - Monday, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation began installing lights on a stretch of the Broken Arrow Expressway between 193rd East Avenue and Lynn Lane.
Drivers have complained of darkness on that stretch for many years. ODOT began installing lights along the center dividing wall and underneath bridges.
During construction, the inside lanes in both directions will be closed, but ODOT says the work will be done overnight between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m... FULL ARTICLE
