Case still under investigation

TULSA, Okla. — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified a worker killed in Washington County  Wednesday morning.

A statement released Wednesday evening by the agency called the death of 42-year-old Ira Henderson a tragedy.

Henderson was working on a road crew for the Oklahoma Dept. of Transportation when he was struck and killed by a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Deven Franklin of Skiatook.

According to investigators he was properly equipped with reflective clothing normally worn by ODOT road workers... FULL ARTICLE
