Oklahoma 33 to narrow, lanes to shift at U.S. 81 in Kingfisher starting Feb. 10

KINGFISHER, Okla. — The roadway will narrow and lanes shift on Oklahoma 33 between U.S. 81 and 2nd Street for a pavement rehabilitation project scheduled to start Feb. 10, weather permitting.

Additionally, U.S. 81/Main St. will be intermittently narrowed between Oklahoma 33/Broadway Ave. and Sheridan Ave., which temporarily will impact on-street parking, according to Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

Work generally will occur 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday with some weekend closures as needed. Motorists are advised to expect delays and congestion in the area during these times and plan extra travel time through the work zone... FULL ARTICLE
