The City of Tulsa has an army of equipment and manpower when it comes to dealing with snow and ice.
The fleet is stocked with 55 truck-mounted spreaders, 42 snow plows, a truck equipped with a liquid de-icer spraying unit and 150 employees.
They also have 9,600 tons of salt.
Three remote weather stations are also set up in three strategic spots around town.
