OKLAHOMA CITY (KXII) - A bill aimed at preventing trains from blocking major intersections in Oklahoma has failed.

Oklahoma House Speaker Charles McCall announced House Bill 2474 in February. The bill would have fined rail companies for blocking railroad intersections with stopped trains.
