OKLAHOMA CITY – Fresh off her election as Oklahoma's first female governor, U.S. Rep. Mary Fallin is set to appear with outgoing Gov. Brad Henry at the state Capitol.
Henry and Fallin have scheduled a news conference at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday at which they'll discuss the transition process and other related issues. Fallin will be inaugurated in January.
Fallin won 60 percent of the vote Tuesday to beat her Democratic foe, Lt. Gov. Jari Askins. Fallin will replace Henry, a Democrat who was term-limited... FULL ARTICLE
