Weather: Weary city crews already start work to repair area streets

Pothole repair is next on the program for street crews in the metro area, already weary from clearing snow away after Christmas Eve’s blizzard.
"We’re beginning to get some calls,” said Mike DiGiacomo, Oklahoma City’s streets superintendent. One crew worked on potholes Wednesday; three pothole crews were working Thursday.
"We will pick back up again, depending on the weather, in earnest next week. Everything’s weather-dependent,” DiGiacomo said.
