OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is beginning an eight-year project to alleviate congestion along Broadway Extension (I-235). But for the time being, they're suggesting drivers come up with their own detour to avoid traffic.
Construction crews are widening the exit ramp that connects southbound Broadway Extension traffic to westbound I-44.
It's part of a $150-million project.
ODOT says they will not close the ramp during construction and they will still maintain two lanes of traffic... FULL ARTICLE & WATCH VIDEO
