Tulsa - A new report says Oklahoma's rural roads and bridges are among the most deficient in the nation and adds that it may be leading to an increased fatality rate for motorists using them.
According to The Road Information Program, or TRIP, nearly one in four of the state's rural bridges were rated structurally deficient and 30-percent of its rural roads were rated in poor condition. Both are the third highest rates in the nation.
