NORMAN — Construction of the Rock Creek Road bridge over Interstate 35 is complete.
All that remains is connecting it to the roadway on each side and finishing some intersection work, city officials said.
Crews began pouring concrete last week to link the bridge to Rock Creek Road.
Final improvements are being made to the Rock Creek Road intersections at 36th Avenue NW and 24th Avenue NW, Norman Public Works Director Shawn O'Leary said.
The goal is for all the work to be finished by late June or early July, O' Leary said.
