An official with a local teachers union blames the Legislature for the budget issues facing his school district and others across Oklahoma. It’s a familiar refrain: If only they’d give us more money, everything would be fine.
At least three of the people running for governor see things differently. At a forum this week, Attorney General Drew Edmondson, Lt. Gov. Jari Askins and state Sen.
