TULSA - Officials with Manhattan Construction confirm that State Highway 151
over the Keystone Dam in west Tulsa County is now open to traffic.
A
spokesman for Manhattan says the project was completed in the 180 days
that was alloted by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
Drivers were forced to take Highway 48 or Highway 97 to get to and from Highway 412.
The $7 million project was the first ODOT project funded by federal stimulus dollars.
