The southbound lanes of west leg of Tulsa's Inner Dispersal Loop, which has been under construction since July, reopened tonight.
The stretch of highway surrounding downtown was open by 8 p.m., Oklahoma Department of Transportation spokeswoman Kenna Mitchell said.
The westbound lanes of the north leg of the IDL will remain closed until late April, according to an ODOT press release.
Once that section is open to traffic, work will begin on the northbound lanes of the west leg and the eastbound lanes of the north leg of the IDL...
