Study Shows Oklahoma Roads Improving (ARTICLE & VIDEO)

OKLAHOMA - Bridges in Oklahoma are improving with a new update of progress from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

Oklahoma is often known for not having great roads. But with new information released from ODOT it shows changes are being made. According to the report, since 2004 Oklahoma went from having 1,168 highways and bridges with structural issues, to only 132 with problems in 2018. ODOT officials are hoping all state bridges that are not meeting standards is down to 1 percent by 2020.
