It's been one year since President Obama signed the historic stimulus package.
Oklahoma's cut is $2.6 billion; we've received all but $700-million of that.
Stimulus money is all over town; from new energy efficient windows at the Federal Courthouse in Downtown Tulsa, to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation's multi-million dollar project on the Inner-Dispersal Loop.
