TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma State Department of Transportation has opened three westbound lanes of I-44 between the Broken Arrow Expressway and Harvard.
ODOT also raised the speed limit on that stretch to 60 mph.
The highway tapers back to just two lanes west of Harvard.
ODOT says there are still no left turns from Harvard onto 51st Street, north and southbound Harvard traffic under I-44 is narrowed to one lane each and the westbound I-44 frontage road is down to one lane at Harvard.
