TRANSPORTATION ADVOCACY GROUP COMMENDS GOVERNOR FALLIN FOR OKLAHOMA TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION NOMINEES;
Two TRUST Members Among Eight Nominees
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, April 8, 2011 – Two members of Transportation Revenues Used Strictly For Transportation (TRUST), an advocacy group dedicated to funding and restoring Oklahoma’s infrastructure, are among Governor Mary Fallin’s eight nominees to the Oklahoma Transportation Commission, TRUST president Neal McCaleb announced today.
TRUST member Greg Love of Oklahoma City has been appointed to represent District 4 while David Burrage has been reappointed to represent District 2.
“TRUST congratulates each of the eight nominees and we are particularly pleased to see two members of our organization amongst them,” McCaleb said. “Greg and David are instrumental to TRUST and they will do a fantastic job serving the citizens of Oklahoma as members of the Oklahoma Transportation Commission. We look forward to working with them to improve Oklahoma’s transportation infrastructure and we commend Governor Fallin for selecting such outstanding public servants.”
