Two state questions on the general election ballot in November seek the exact opposite effects.
One would mandate much higher funding to public schools.
The other would permanently outlaw that sort of mandated spending for public schools or anything else.
You might say that they pose a fundamental choice to voters — we can chose one of two options for the future — except for one thing: Both options are equally malignant.
