U.S. 75 narrows in Jenks today

Southbound U.S. 75 will narrow to one lane between Jenks Road/96th Street South and the Creek Turnpike from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today for bridge deck repair, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation announced.

U.S. 75 will also narrow north of Tulsa, as the left northbound lane will be closed between 56th Street North and Oklahoma 20 through Sunday for resurfacing, officials said.

Surface repair will narrow westbound Interstate 44 to one lane at Union Avenue, just past U.S. 75 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.

As part of Tulsa Inner Dispersal Loop project, officials announced the following road, lane and ramp closures:

  • Various lane closures on southbound U.S. 75 on the northeast corner of the IDL (until 7 p.m. Thursday)
  • Northeast bound Southwest Boulevard narrowed to one lane in each direction under Oklahoma 51 on the southwest corner of the IDL (7 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, Thursday and Friday)
  • Westbound Third Street narrowed to one lane in each direction under westbound Interstate 244 on the west leg of the IDL (7 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, Thursday and Friday)
