U.S. State Oklahoma declares State of Emergency amidst flooding

The U.S. state of Oklahoma is under a state of emergency spread across 59 counties after severe thunderstorms ripped through central Oklahoma Monday triggering massive flooding.
A flash-flood watch was extended across central Oklahoma Tuesday, according to U.S. media.
The waters, which began to rise Monday, have left 136 people injured, but none of them need hospitalization, state health authorities said.
The floods submerged roads and vehicles, and left thousands of residents without power.
Tens of rescues were launched after a string of thunderstorms dumped as much as 10 inches of rain in some areas.
