Widening the roads: Work on I-44-U.S. 75 interchange approved

OKLAHOMA CITY — The state Transportation Commission on Monday approved three engineering projects as part of a $300 million interchange modification and widening project in Tulsa.

The project will widen the road and modify the interchange at Interstate 44 and U.S. 75, said Tim Tegeler, Oklahoma Department of Transportation director of engineering.

The commission awarded a nearly $6.6 million engineering contract to Benham Design LLC

A contract of slightly more than $3.4 million was awarded to Poe & Associates Inc... FULL ARTICLE
