Contract awarded for Morgan Road interchange work

We've been down this road before.
About every other month, there comes a question relating to the Interstate 40 and Morgan Road interchange.
In fact, it took over the No. 1 position in reader queries a short time after the Fort Smith junction was upgraded.
So there was no surprise recently when yet another inquiry arrived.
What is the status of 1-40/Morgan Road exit??
