OKLAHOMA CITY — Is the Access Oklahoma project in jeopardy?

That was the question the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority faced. The OTA board members met privately with their attorneys to talk about moving forward after a ruling that OTA violated the Open Meetings Act.

Discussing what comes next, the OTA said this is what they’re focusing on now after a recent lawsuit didn’t go in their favor but they said the project is still in the works.

"I think that we’ve gone through what we believe is appropriate to progress this Access Oklahoma program," said Tim Gatz, director of the OTA.
